Používáme humnový slad z kounické sladovny pana Klusáčka a chmel Žatecký poloraný červeňák, abychom získali plné sladové tělo, ušlechtilou chmelovou vůni a příjemnou hořkost, díky níž se těšíte na každý další doušek. Traditional. Czech. Pilsner. Old-school brewing process with double decoction, long cold lagering and only the best local ingredients: floor pilsner malt from Mr. Klusáček's Kounice malt house and Saaz hops. All this to get a full malty body, refined noble hop aroma, and pleasant crispy bitterness that makes you look forward to another sip.

Donnie’s 4.3% Nitro Dark Beer combines the best elements of an Irish nitro stout alongside the traditional lager brewing Donzoko is well known for. The cold, crisp characteristics associated with lager fermentation helps the comforting chocolate, fresh coffee and toasty malt notes sing, whilst a smooth nitro finish ensures the pint hits perfectly every time, rounding off with a creamy white foam.

Vinohradská 11 je nefiltrované, nepasterizované pivo plzeňského typu s bohatou vůní Žateckého poloraného červeňáku doplněného o Premiant. Vyznačuje se nižší střední plností a vysokou pitelností. Our top seller, Vinohradská 11 is an unpasteurized and unfiltered craft Pilsner style beer with rich hoppy flavour of Žatecký poloraný červeňák (Saaz) and Premiant. It is characterized by a light body and golden colour. We use Pilsner and Bavarian malt made by the traditional methods, i.e. barley is dried on malthouse floors.

Bière de Saison Raspberry. A blend of barrel aged saisons refermented with 300g/l of whole British raspberries for 4 months. 4.5-5.5% abv. Malted barley, wheat, oats. A mixed-fermentation with a combination of yeast and bacteria. May be a blend of beers fermented or aged in oak barrels or foeder. Dry with complex acidity and aroma varying batch to batch. Can be dry-hopped or re-fermented with whole fruit, such as damsons, quince or apricots.

This year’s Proprietor’s explores the broad spectrum of chocolate. Using a combination of dark chocolate and two types of cocoa nibs, this rich and decadent beer highlights the whole range of chocolate from smooth and silky milk chocolate flavors to deep and earthy dark chocolate.

West Coast IPA, 15°, 6.6% ABV. Vlajková loď naší nabídky IPA. Když jsme v lednu 2017 uvařili náš první Lollihop, bylo hned zřejmé, že jej budeme muset uvařit znovu. Od té doby se mnoho věcí změnilo, ale Lollihop se ukázal jako nadčasový -akorát stále přidáváme víc a víc chmele. Suchý, intenzivně hořký a velmi pitelný West Coast IPA s chmely Citra a Mosaic vás určitě potěší kdykoli, proto vždy máme plechovku nebo dvě v lednici. Jen pro jistotu. Our flagship IPA. When we made our first Lollihop in January 2017, it was obvious that we’ll have to keep on rebrewing it. Many things have changed since then, but Lollihop proved to be timeless, so we just keep on adding more hops. Dry, intensely bitter and highly drinkable West Coast IPA with Citra and Mosaic hops is sure to please you anytime, so we like to keep a can or two in the fridge all the time. Just to be sure.

Tropical Freeze is a Modern West Coast IPA, which uses a hybrid fermentation like that of a California Common. The lager yeast makes this beer mega clean, really allowing the hops to shine. We used a blend of Mosaic (Dynaboost, T90 & Cryo), Krush Cryo & Superdelic both hotside and in the double dry hop, to bring forth mega dank tropical hop flavors. We get blueberry, thai basil, sweet cirus, mango and a touch of sticky icky dank resins!

Our second apple cider from the 2025 harvest is fruity and balanced with a medium body and a more classic cider flavour profile.

We brewed this beer together with a few key members of our community who are some of the biggest beer aficionados we know. We worked together on creating the recipe and they joined us on the day for the brew, one of them even managed to get out of work by taking a "Wellbeing Day" ? Packed with juicy, fruity flavours and aromas this is everything we believe a proper IPA should be.

Our flagship beer and core IPA, Looper is our pride and joy. Soft and juice with zesty sweet lemon and lime. Hugely drinkable. Hopped up to the eyes, bitterness takes a back seat to gentle grapefruit.

This year’s Bourbon County Stout, aged in a mix of Heaven Hill, Buffalo Trace, and Wild Turkey barrels, yields a rich, complex mouthfeel. Flavors of cocoa, fudge, vanilla, caramel, almond, plus leather and tobacco, permeate this beer and deepen with each sip. We’ve bottled Bourbon County Stout for 15 years and this year’s vintage is one that you will want to hold on to for years to come.
