Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier – Märzen
Schlenkerla ("Heller-Bräu" Trum) (Bamberg, Bayern)
Bamberg’s speciality, a dark, bottom fermented smoked beer, brewed with Original Schlenkerla Smokemalt from the Schlenkerla maltings and tapped according to old tradition directly from the gravity-fed oakwood cask in the 14th century brewery tavern.
Ein Pils der Extraklasse, nach überliefertem Familienrezept gebraut. Seinen edelherben Geschmack verdankt es sorgsam ausgewählten Hopfensorten.
Donnie’s Nitro Dark Beer
Donzoko Brewing Company (Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear)
Donnie’s 4.3% Nitro Dark Beer combines the best elements of an Irish nitro stout alongside the traditional lager brewing Donzoko is well known for. The cold, crisp characteristics associated with lager fermentation helps the comforting chocolate, fresh coffee and toasty malt notes sing, whilst a smooth nitro finish ensures the pint hits perfectly every time, rounding off with a creamy white foam.
Panda Harvest
XXXX Panda Harvest is based on the recipe of our favorite dark lager, Black Panda, but it is brewed with 100% fresh hops harvested on the same day. Our brewmaster chose a Czech variety, Rubín, which its pronounced bitterness beautifully complements the aroma of roasted malt and its notes of roasted coffee. Panda Harvest is not sweet; it has a fuller body and a higher, unobtrusive bitterness. The freshness of the fresh hops combined with spicy and herbal aromas, a pleasant crispness, and a drier finish make it a drinkable dark lager that is definitely worth trying.
Vinohradská 11
Vinohradský pivovar (Hlavní město Praha, Hlavní město Praha)
Vinohradská 11 je nefiltrované, nepasterizované pivo plzeňského typu s bohatou vůní Žateckého poloraného červeňáku doplněného o Premiant. Vyznačuje se nižší střední plností a vysokou pitelností. Naši jedenáctku vaříme z plzeňského a mnichovského sladu, z nichž pivo získává krásně slámovou barvu. Obsah alkoholu 4,5%. Our top seller, Vinohradská 11 is an unpasteurized and unfiltered craft Pilsner style beer with rich hoppy flavour of Žatecký poloraný červeňák (Saaz) and Premiant. It is characterized by a light body and golden colour. We use Pilsner and Bavarian malt made by the traditional methods, i.e. barley is dried on malthouse floors.
India Pale Ale aux houblons Citra, Eclipse, Vic Secret & Mosaic
We've been impressed with Superflux for some time - our Adam visited the brewery when in Vancouver in 2022 and brought back their beers - but it was only last year that we got to meet their Adam and talk IPA over an IPA or two. Being our only brewery from the west coast in the series, it felt fitting to brew a DDH westie together. Krush (Cryo Fresh no less!), Nectaron and Moteuka provide a plenitude of pineapple, guava, passionfruit and mango over a clean base with a refreshing bitterness.
For our 7th Anniversary we have teamed up with Radiant Beer Co. from sunny California, to brew Tractor Beam, a Triple Dry Hopped Modern West Coast DIPA! This bold, dank & bitter IPA features hotside additions of Simcoe & Citra Dynaboost, and a dry hop with Mosaic (T90 & Cryo), Nelson (T90 & Cryo), Citra Hyperboost & Taiheke (also known as NZ Cascade)! Its got your classic dank tropical & berry flavors from the Nelson, Citra & Mosaic combo, with touches of grapefruit, zesty lime and pineapple from Simcoe & Taiheke!
Zig Zag
Gamma Brewing Company (Herlev Municipality, Region Hovedstaden)
Malt: Pilsner, Oat, Pale Ale, Wheat and Carapils Hops: Citra, Azacca & Hallertau Blanc Yeast: WLP066

Rosé De Gambrinus (2025)
Brasserie Cantillon (Anderlecht, Bruxelles)
Motueka Cryo, Motueka & Nelson
Bourbon Barrel Dark Apparition (2024)
Jackie O’s Brewery (Athens, OH)
(2024) Seven malts were used to create deep flavors of coffee, chocolate, caramel, and molasses. A hint of bitterness and herbal character from carefully selected European and American hops help support the monolithic maltiness. After conditioning in stainless steel, the beer was transferred to into bourbon barrels. For 8 to 12 months, Dark Apparition waited patiently in oak barrels until the time was right to spring forth with its ghostly gusto. A truly decadent brew that is intended to be poured into your favorite snifter and given time to warm up from its dark and cool resting
Barrel-aged wheatwine
Our Session VæltePeders is smooth, creamy and easy drinking with lovely citrus and tropical hop notes and just a touch of bitterness. Brewer's Notes: for this iteration of our Peder's collab IPA, we went all New Zealand hop-wise. A big does of Riwaka in the whirlpool and Motueka in the dry hop. The result is a hoppy and flavourful IPA that is just way too crushable. Why have 1, when you can have 3 :) Ingredients: malted barley, oats, hops and yeast
Hopped unsparingly with Yakima Chief Citra, Citra Incognito, Freestyle Nelson Sauvin, Bliss Process Nelson Sauvin, Maui Nelson Hop Kief, HPA Galaxy and Galaxy Quantum.

The bright reddish amber color and choice yeast from home-grown cultures, endow Maisel’s Weisse Original with its unique character.// Die rötlich leuchtende Bernsteinfarbe und die feine Hefe aus eigener Reinzucht geben Maisel’s Weisse Original ihren einzigartigen Charakter.
Libre ! - Mangue, Framboise, Fruit De La Passion, Vanille
Brasserie du Bas-Canada (Gatineau, QC)
Smoothie Sour - Mangue, Framboise, Fruit de la Passion, Vanille
English-style Brown Ale brewed with caramel malts, roasted malts & fine hops from the British Isles.
A fruity, aromatic and balanced cider made from 100% local Holsteiner Cox apples.
Okiść
Gamma Brewing Company (Herlev Municipality, Region Hovedstaden)
Baltic Porter Day is on Saturday, and of course we (Tomasz) has made a contribution again this year. The name Okiść is a Polish word for tree crown snow load. A very wintery and fitting word for this January-brew. This time, compared to last years, Śreżoga, we have changed the grist a little bit by adding touch of peated malt for that extra cosy flavour. Okiść is generally still sweet with notes of chocolate and coffee and a gentle underline of smoked plums. Fermentation went further this year, and the outcome is this 9.0% Baltic Porter
DDH New England IPA hopped with Freestyle Peacharine, Citra & Strata CGX
