Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier – Märzen
Schlenkerla ("Heller-Bräu" Trum) (Bamberg, Bayern)
Bamberg’s speciality, a dark, bottom fermented smoked beer, brewed with Original Schlenkerla Smokemalt from the Schlenkerla maltings and tapped according to old tradition directly from the gravity-fed oakwood cask in the 14th century brewery tavern.
Ein Pils der Extraklasse, nach überliefertem Familienrezept gebraut. Seinen edelherben Geschmack verdankt es sorgsam ausgewählten Hopfensorten.
Donnie’s Nitro Dark Beer
Donzoko Brewing Company (Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear)
Donnie’s 4.3% Nitro Dark Beer combines the best elements of an Irish nitro stout alongside the traditional lager brewing Donzoko is well known for. The cold, crisp characteristics associated with lager fermentation helps the comforting chocolate, fresh coffee and toasty malt notes sing, whilst a smooth nitro finish ensures the pint hits perfectly every time, rounding off with a creamy white foam.
Extra Pilsner: Tettnang
Bad Seed Brewing (Storvorde, Region Nordjylland)
Ever since the release of Extra Neu Pilsner last year, we have really wanted to experiment more with dry hopped Pilsners brewed with classical hop varieties. Therefore we're we have decided to conjure up a series of Extra Pilsners, built on our beloved Neu Pilsner, showcasing a variety of fantastic classical hops. This first one will also be our next Braufrisch release, and is Extra Pilsner: Tettnang. This German Pilsner is exclusively hopped and dry hopped with Tettnang from Locher Hopfen, one of Germany's finest hop growers! This Pilsner really showcase the broad range of flavors you get out of Tettnang, everything from peppery spice, to bright citrus, black tea, grassy and floral nuances!

Vinohradský pivovar (Hlavní město Praha, Hlavní město Praha)
Vinohradská 11 je nefiltrované, nepasterizované pivo plzeňského typu s bohatou vůní Žateckého poloraného červeňáku doplněného o Premiant. Vyznačuje se nižší střední plností a vysokou pitelností. Naši jedenáctku vaříme z plzeňského a mnichovského sladu, z nichž pivo získává krásně slámovou barvu. Obsah alkoholu 4,5%. Our top seller, Vinohradská 11 is an unpasteurized and unfiltered craft Pilsner style beer with rich hoppy flavour of Žatecký poloraný červeňák (Saaz) and Premiant. It is characterized by a light body and golden colour. We use Pilsner and Bavarian malt made by the traditional methods, i.e. barley is dried on malthouse floors.

X-ray is a rich and tropical pale ale hopped with Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin. We've added a unique blend of oats, wheat and maize to the malt bill for a sweet, biscuity base—think tropical cheesecake in beer form, with lashings of intense peach and juicy nectarine. It's light at 4.3%, but certainly packs a punch when it comes to flavour. Aroma: white grape, stone fruit and pineapple. Palate: intense peach, juicy nectarine, and a biscuity, sweet digestive base.

This LGBTQ+ History Month, we're celebrating the trans innovators who were pioneers in their respective fields of science and innovation. Trans people have played a crucial role in shaping the world that we live in, but too often are their contributions overlooked, ignored, or erased. Peel open this label to discover more about LGBTQ+ History Month, and Wendy Carlos' lasting impact on electronic music. Synth is a big and bold tropical IPA, following in the footsteps of some of our best hoppy beers of 2025. Building on our thick base of malted barley, oats, and our signature Belgium wheat, we've used Mosaic and Eldorado hops to their full potential across all stages of the hopping process for a soft and luscious mouthfeel, with bags of mango and tropical character. Aroma: guava, mango, a little citrus. Palate: more mango and stone fruit, with a luxuriously soft mouthfeel.

Sometimes all you need is a moment of simplicity, a brief paradigm shift to refresh and reset. That's Bodyshift: a light, refreshing, and easygoing pale ale brewed to be approachable, accessible, and absolutely gorgeous. Hopped with Calypso, Comet, and Azacca, we've layered citrus and tropical flavours over an ever-so-gently crisp and enjoyably bitter base with a thirst-slaking bitterness. We all burst into bright colours, flowers, or sparks from time to time, and this beer is for those moments of brightness, vibrance, and joy. Burst Into Bright is our core IPA, hopped solely with NZ Cascade and fermented with the same Kveik yeast as our core pale ale Existence As A Radical Act, resulting in beautiful layered floral, citrus, and tropical notes. Our Session VæltePeders is smooth, creamy and easy drinking with lovely citrus and tropical hop notes and just a touch of bitterness. Brewer's Notes: for this iteration of our Peder's collab IPA, we went all New Zealand hop-wise. A big does of Riwaka in the whirlpool and Motueka in the dry hop. The result is a hoppy and flavourful IPA that is just way too crushable. Why have 1, when you can have 3 :) Ingredients: malted barley, oats, hops and yeast
A fruity, aromatic and balanced cider made from 100% local Holsteiner Cox apples.
PuTTTy, the hoppiest beer we ever brewed, is back for 2026... And once again, we pushed the recipe to its limit. Verdant style! With a massive 30 grams per litre dry-hop, on top of the 10 grams per litre in the whirlpool, expect a thick, creamy, hoppy and intense Triple IPA (10%). A beer this intense can only happen once a year!
Existence As A Radical Act

Peders is a cosy craft beer bar in the historic Latin Quarter of Copenhagen. Our building was rebuilt in 1796 after the devastating city fire of 1795, and we're proud to be part of this historic neighbourhood.
